The Ikan MH22 is a 100 mm bowl fluid head from the E-Motus line by E-Image, designed for broadcast professionals and filmmakers. It supports payloads up to 48.5 lbs (22 kg), so it can carry large broadcast cameras and complex cinema rigs, and it features a continuous, step-less variable counterbalance that can be adjusted on the fly from the maximum payload down to zero, preventing the camera from tilting forward or backward on its own. A hand crank with a visual display allows the exact counterbalance setting to be fine-tuned.

The long, wide quick release plate snaps onto the head from the top and is released with the push of a button, which is convenient for large rigs that are hard to slide in from the rear. The dual locking system holds the plate securely, preventing it from detaching or sliding, and the 120 mm sliding range helps balance the camera. Pan and tilt have independent fluid drag adjustments and quick-locking knobs, and the illuminated bubble level makes levelling easy even in low light. The head ships in a custom hard case with two telescopic pan handles.
