Ikan International PT4500S-TMW High Bright 15" SDI Tally Teleprompter w/ 15" Widescreen SDI Talent Monitor

Ikan High Bright 15" SDI Tally Teleprompter with 15" Widescreen SDI Talent Monitor PT4500S-TMW

The Ikan PT4500S-TMW combines a 15" SDI teleprompter with a 15" widescreen talent monitor and dual tally, for broadcast applications and professional studios. The lightweight aluminium teleprompter has several 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 points for mounting to a tripod or pedestal, and its 1000 nit 4:3 monitor has 3G-SDI, HDMI and VGA inputs, an image flip button and a built-in tally light. The American made 70/30 coated glass reflects 70% of the light, so the presenter reads the script while the camera behind it records without capturing the reflection; it is readable from up to 17 ft (5.18 m).

The 15" widescreen talent monitor (1920 x 1080, 1000 nits, 3G-SDI/HDMI/VGA inputs) lets the talent see the programme or check framing; its OSD adjusts contrast, brightness, backlight, tint, chroma, sharpness and individual RGB channels, the aspect ratio can be set to 16:9, 4:3, full or automatic, and with a compatible switcher its tally light shows when the camera is live. It attaches to the front of the PT4500 teleprompter via its 15 mm rod holder and works with any system using standard 15 mm rods. A rail allows the teleprompter setup to be offset by up to 7" for balancing, and camera riser plates plus a split counterweight (5 lb or 2.5 lb) accept a wide range of cameras.
