Kiloview N50 12G-SDI NDI and NDI HX Encoder/Decoder

The Kiloview N50 is a full-function NDI converter based on FPGA technology with AVC/HEVC and NDI algorithms, combining encoding and decoding in one unit. In encoding mode it converts a 4K 12G-SDI signal into an NDI or NDI|HX stream; in decoding mode it adapts automatically to the NDI or NDI|HX format, with latency below 80 ms. It supports YCbCr 4:2:2 with 10-bit colour depth (8-bit also available) for broadcast and medical applications.

A large colour LCD shows unit parameters and doubles as a large tally, working with a small tally on the back panel for PVW/PGM status, while a scroll wheel gives quick access to settings and sources. It handles 12G-SDI embedded audio and 3.5 mm analogue audio, and a USB audio interface (such as a headset) enables intercom with the Kiloview Intercom System (KIS). It has two Ethernet ports, one with PoE (IEEE 802.3at), and also accepts 12 V DC.
