The Laowa 1.33X front anamorphic adapter lets Laowa Nanomorph lenses reach a constant 2x squeeze. It is suited to 4:3 or 6:5 sensors for 2.66:1 or 2.4:1 footage after de-squeezing. Paired with the Nanomorph 65/80mm it covers full-frame sensors; it covers S35 with the 50/65/80mm and the MFT format with the 27mm.

It also fits the Laowa Ranger cine zooms, which then work as anamorphic zooms. The adapter is designed for minimal loss of light and image quality. It has a 73 cm minimum focus distance and an 86 mm filter thread, and is supplied with 77 mm, 62 mm and 55 mm step-up rings. This version produces silver flares.
