According to Laowa, the 15mm T2.1 Zero-D is the brightest wide-angle cine lens on the market. With a 43.3 mm image circle and a T2.1 aperture it projects bright images onto full-frame and Vista Vision sensors, even in low ambient light. This version has the Sony E mount and a focus scale in metres.

Thanks to its design and high-quality aspherical elements, the 110° angle of view comes with near-zero distortion and high sharpness from centre to edge. The sturdy metal body weighs only 540 g and is smaller than the main competing lenses for easier handling. The standard 0.8 mod gear works with most follow focus systems, and a matte box can be mounted on the front.
