Laowa 28-55mm T2.9 NanoMorph silver flare PL – 1.5x S35 anamorphic zoom lens

Laowa Nanomorph Zoom 28-55mm T2.9 1.5X S35 Anamorphic Lens Silver Flare PL LWA2855NS29PL

The Laowa Nanomorph Zoom 28-55mm T2.9 is a compact and affordable Super35 anamorphic zoom: about 18 cm long and around 1.5 kg, much lighter than other S35 anamorphic zooms. Its 1.5x squeeze, constant across the zoom range, suits the widespread 16:9 sensors and gives a more pronounced anamorphic look than 1.33x lenses, with oval bokeh and horizontal flares.

The parfocal design keeps focus while changing focal length, and the 31.5 mm image circle covers Super35+ sensors. This version has the neutral silver flare that adapts its colour to the colour and intensity of the light source. The lens is supplied with an Arri PL mount; interchangeable mounts for Sony E, Canon RF, Nikon Z, Fuji X and L-Mount are available separately. Together with the companion 50-100mm zoom it covers 28 to 100 mm.
