Laowa 20mm f/4 Zero-D Shift Lens for Pentax K

The Laowa 20mm f/4 Zero-D Shift is an ultra-wide shift lens with a 96.6° angle of view, extending to 117° in stitched panoramic shots. The 65 mm image circle allows ±11 mm of shift on both X and Y axes with full-frame cameras and ±8 mm with medium-format cameras, so photographers can correct perspective without compromising image quality. This version has the Pentax K mount.

The optical design of 16 elements in 11 groups, with 2 aspherical, 1 ED and 3 UHR elements, delivers sharpness from the centre to the edges, while the Frog Eye coating minimises flare and ghosting. As a Zero-D lens it has near-zero distortion when focused at infinity, an advantage for architecture, advertising, interiors and landscape, reducing post-production time. The 14-blade aperture creates 14-point sunstars, and the 82 mm filter thread allows screw-in filters without a filter holder. The lens is compatible with the Laowa shift support (tripod collar) V2, whose rotating ring simplifies panoramas.
