Laowa 6mm T2.1 Zero-D Cine Lens for MFT LWA6Z21MFTC
The Laowa 6mm T2.1 Zero-D MFT Cine is the widest rectilinear lens on the Micro Four Thirds market. With a 121.9° angle of view and a T2.1 maximum aperture it gives a distinctive perspective even in low light, with a soft background blur. It suits filming, FPV drones and vlogging, and pairs well with cameras such as the BMPCC 4K, Panasonic GH6 and Z CAM E2 M4.
The Zero-D optical design with 13 elements in 3 groups and two aspherical elements keeps distortion close to zero at infinity focus, which is useful for architectural, aerial and interior shots. The 9 cm minimum focus distance allows close-ups with strong background blur. Focus and aperture rings have standard 0.8 mod gears for follow focus, the clickless aperture ring gives smooth iris control, and imperial and metric scales are printed on the barrel. It weighs about 180 g, measures about ø61 x 53 mm, takes 58 mm screw-in filters and comes with a weather-resistant case.
