Laowa Venus Optics Argus 2-Lens Cine Kit for MFT (18mm, 25mm)

Laowa Argus T1 2-Lens Cine Kit for MFT (18mm, 25mm) LWAPR2AMFTC

The Laowa Argus T1 Cine series covers full-frame, Super35 and MFT formats with focal lengths from 18 to 45 mm, and was the first T1 series to offer 28mm and 35mm in full frame. The ultra-fast T1 aperture gives a very shallow depth of field with a smooth transition from in-focus to out-of-focus areas and dreamy bokeh, and makes low-light shooting possible without pushing the ISO. The lenses are designed to keep chromatic aberration low and contrast and sharpness high even at T1, with minimal focus breathing and consistent colour rendering across the series to limit grading work between focal lengths.

This kit contains the 18mm and 25mm T1 lenses of the Argus series for the Micro Four Thirds format. The cine housing has unified gear positions, 0.8 mod gears for focus and aperture, dual metric and imperial scales, 80 mm front diameter and 77 mm filter thread for common matte boxes and filters, internal focusing that avoids rebalancing the gimbal, and a thread for a lens support.
