Novoflex ClassicBall 3 II Ball Head CB3 II
The Novoflex ClassicBall 3 is now available in a completely revised version II. It features a true panorama panning base with a 360° laser-engraved scale at the bottom of the housing: for panoramas the head is turned upside down and levelled exactly with the integrated bubble level, so there is no need to adjust tripod leg lengths to avoid a sloping horizon. Combined with the MonoLite tilt head, the CB3 II becomes a smooth two-way tilt head in seconds.
Three vertical 90° openings for the ball neck let the camera swing through 180° vertically without loss of stability. The AFC (advanced friction control) system sets the friction on a ring in the centre of the head, even before camera and lens are attached, and the redesigned ball interior locks without any shift in position, which is essential in macro photography. It is an all-metal design with advanced polymer materials, with a matt titanium finish, 1/4" and 3/8" camera threads and a permanently grease-free ball support.
