The V-600UHD lets productions move to 4K at their own pace: Roland Ultra Scaler technology scales every input, so Full HD and 4K sources can be used together and output at multiple resolutions, and the pixel density of 4K cameras can also be used in Full HD workflows. It supports HDR as well as SDR signals, full 60 Hz frame rate, Rec.2020 wide colour gamut alongside RGB and Rec.709, 10-bit 4:4:4 internal processing and DCI 4K (4096 x 2160) as well as UHD.
Four HDMI 2.0 and two 12G-SDI inputs each support HD, Full HD, UHD 4K, DCI 4K and PC resolutions. System program version 2.0 adds Automatic ROI, combining facial tracking with Roland's multi-shot Region Of Interest, and control of LAN-based PTZ cameras from multiple manufacturers, turning the V-600UHD into a single-operator production switcher.
