Roland VC-1-SH SDI to HDMI Video Converter
The VC-1-SH converts video and audio from an SDI input to HDMI output, offering a cost-effective way to monitor SDI signals on HDMI displays or to use an SDI camera with an HDMI mixer input. The audio channels used for de-embedding are selectable.
The VC-1 series converters maintain the characteristics of the original signal, with rich blacks and super-whites, without interlacing artefacts or conversion errors. They support 3G-SDI level A and B as well as HD and SD-SDI, and are HDCP compliant, converting or passing HDCP signals except on SDI outputs. An on-board re-clocker compensates for attenuation of SDI signals over long cable runs, and the VC-1 RCS application for PC/Mac provides remote control.
