Savage Translum is made of durable plastic that cuts easily with scissors, which also makes it suitable for cutting shapes. It adds the soft glow of frosted glass to images and can also be used as a light table surface. Translum comes in three densities for different light diffusion: Heavy spreads soft light over a wide area, Medium gives soft light that eliminates most shadows, and Light gives soft light where some contrast is wanted.
