The SmallRig 3984 L-bracket allows quick switching between horizontal and vertical shooting while keeping the LCD flip screen free to move. A press button folds the Arca-Swiss side plate under the base for horizontal shooting, so the bracket is stored as one compact piece, and the baseplate can be extended in vertical mode to leave room for cables. It locks the camera with a 1/4"-20 screw and locating pins at the bottom, with cushions against scratches and twisting, and a hinge arm at the battery door follows the camera curve for a better grip. The baseplate has several 1/4"-20 threaded holes for Magic Arm 3873 and Cold Shoe 2935 (monitor, microphone and other accessories), a wrist strap hole, a QD connector for QD shoulder and wrist straps, and a slotted screwdriver for removing and extending the bracket.
