The SmallRig 5256 L-shaped plate for the Nikon Z5II has dual Arca-Swiss quick release plates for quick switching between horizontal and vertical shooting on tripods, and the baseplate is compatible with DJI RS series stabilizers. The modular design includes detachable side plates and a baseplate for different shooting scenarios. A hinged door at the battery compartment gives easy battery access, the flip screen can still rotate by 105° and angled USB-C cables can be routed without obstruction. The side plate extends by 21.5 mm for easier cable management in portrait orientation, and 1/4"-20 threaded and locating holes, QD sockets and strap slots provide expansion.
