SmallRig Cage Kit for Sony FX2 5588

The SmallRig 5588 cage kit protects the Sony FX2 and expands it with accessories. The cage fixes the camera securely with a two-point locking mechanism and leaves full access to all buttons and ports, without blocking the tilting EVF. Multiple interfaces take handles, microphones, lights, monitors, straps and other accessories, and the built-in "HawkLock" NATO rail accepts HawkLock accessories such as side handles (4485), top handles (4483) and monitor mounts (4487). The detachable NATO rail top plate is compatible with the Sony XLR top handle or the SmallRig rotating top handle (4152), and the integrated Arca-Swiss quick release plate allows quick switching between handheld, tripod and DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro / RS 4 / RS 4 Pro gimbals.

The kit includes an XLR handle extension rig that fits the Sony XLR handle, extending the grip area for better ergonomics, and adds 1/4"-20 threaded holes for mounting monitors or accessories.
