SmallRig Cage for Sony Alpha 1 II & Alpha 9 III with Vertical Grip VG-C5 5908

The SmallRig 5908 cage is designed for the Sony Alpha 1 II and Alpha 9 III with the VG-C5 vertical grip attached, providing all-around protection while keeping all buttons, ports, card slots and the battery compartment accessible. It is secured by a 1/4"-20 screw at the bottom and two M2.5 screws on the sides, a 3-point locking system that stays stable even with heavy telephoto lenses, and integrated silicone pads prevent scratches. The lightweight aluminium alloy construction adds minimal bulk.

The cage offers 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes and ARRI 3/8"-16 locating holes for top handles, side handles, monitor mounts and magic arms, plus two built-in cold shoes for microphones or video lights. The integrated Arca-Swiss plate fits tripods and DJI RS gimbals, and a front 1/4"-20 locating hole takes a single rod clamp for 15 mm rods and accessories such as follow focus systems. A strap slot, a QD socket for shoulder straps and a built-in double head wrench complete the design.
