SmallRig HawkLock Quick Release Cage Kit with Silicone Handle for Sony Alpha 7C II / 7CR 5198
The SmallRig 5198 kit for the Sony Alpha 7C II and 7CR provides protection, a comfortable grip and versatile mounting options. It includes a cage with integrated silicone handle and an HDMI cable clamp, and uses SmallRig's patented HawkLock quick release system, with a NATO rail and an Arca-Swiss plate, for one-click mounting of HawkLock accessories such as the top handle 4483, side handle 4485 and quick release mount plate 4486. Three-point locking, with a 1/4"-20 screw on the bottom and two locating blocks on the sides, ensures a snug fit without deflection, silicone pads protect the camera from scratches and a hinged arm at the battery compartment supports the little finger.
The HDMI cable clamp attaches tool-free to the left side with a thumbscrew. Multiple 1/4"-20 threaded holes and ARRI 3/8"-16 locating holes take top and side handles, the cold shoe takes microphones such as the DJI Mic 2 or video lights, and the integrated Arca-Swiss plate switches quickly between handheld, tripod and DJI RS stabilizer shooting. A QD socket, strap slots on both sides and the bottom, and a magnetic wrench complete the kit.
