The SmallRig 5954 cage for Canon EOS R6 Mark III and R6 Mark II is a durable one-piece, full-coverage design that protects the camera and offers extensive mounting options. It attaches securely with a bottom 1/4"-20 screw and two side locating blocks, and silicone pads prevent scratches and ensure a snug fit. Buttons, card slots, the flip screen and the battery compartment remain fully accessible. Two horizontal 1/4"-20 threaded holes in the right-hand grip area allow a tripod to be attached for stable vertical shooting.
Featuring SmallRig's patented "HawkLock" quick release system, it supports one-touch self-locking with bidirectional mounting, for fast tool-free accessory assembly and removal without further tightening. H21 NATO rails on the top and side take top handles, monitor mounts or magic arms, and an H38 Arca-compatible interface is on the bottom. Multiple 1/4"-20 threaded holes and ARRI 3/8"-16 locating holes accept side handles, magic arms and monitor mounts, a built-in cold shoe holds microphones and fill lights, and there are a wrist strap hole, a QD socket for quick release shoulder straps and a dedicated shoulder strap hole that keeps the lens facing down when carried. The bottom Arca-Swiss quick release plate mounts directly on Arca-type tripods and DJI RS gimbals, and a double-headed wrench is stored in the base.
