The SmallRig MD5059 cage turns an iPad, iPad mini, iPad Air or iPad Pro (except iPad Pro 12.9" 1st / 2nd generation) with an 8.3" to 13" screen into a monitor or a desktop setup, protecting it without blocking ports or buttons. A detachable hook-and-loop sun hood reduces glare, an adjustable kickstand gives stable desktop use, and a magnetic slot on top stores the Apple Pencil. A slider block allows quick release and adjustment, with rubber pads against scratches. 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 locating holes, a strap slot, a cold shoe mount and a NATO rail take accessories such as NP-F adapters, power bank holders, SSD mounts and handles.
