The SmallRig 5696 kit includes two batteries and a dual-channel portable charger case. The full decoding chip ensures compatibility with Sony NP-FZ100 batteries, with no pop-up warnings, in-camera level display and charging with original chargers, and each battery has a rated capacity of 2520 mAh. The compact case holds two batteries and fits in the palm of the hand for use on the go; it charges two batteries at once or a single one, and with the 18 W USB-C input fully charges two in about 2.5 hours. The HD display shows the level of each channel even when not connected to power, and the battery icon flashes when the charge is critically low. Intelligent circuitry monitors temperature and voltage, slowing down charging when overheating, cutting power in case of overvoltage and switching to trickle charging near full capacity. A fast-charging cable is included for use with wall adapters, car chargers and power banks.
