SmallRig Portable Photo Carbon Fiber Tripod

SmallRig Portable Photo Carbon Fiber Tripod 5478

The SmallRig 5478 is a lightweight photography tripod designed for travel photographers. Its 8-layer carbon fibre construction balances weight and load capacity for solid stability. With a maximum leg diameter of 25.5 mm and 5-section legs, it extends to 160 cm with the centre column and folds down to 47 cm, weighing only 1.4 kg. The centre column is shaped to fit against the legs for compact storage, and form-fitting flip locks allow quick setup.

The ball head pans and tilts smoothly, offers 360° pan and 90° tilt-down and supports up to 5 kg, suitable for bare cameras or light rigs. The reversible centre column can be inverted by 180° for ground-level macro shots and ultra-low angles, and a detachable hook takes a counterweight for extra stability in windy conditions.
