Supermicro FatTwin SuperServer F618R2-RC1+ 4U Multi-Node Server
The Supermicro SuperServer F618R2-RC1+ belongs to the FatTwin family, high-density 4U systems with hot-plug nodes and shared, redundant components that improve cost-effectiveness, reliability and power efficiency. Each node supports dual Intel Xeon E5-2600 v4/v3 processors in Socket R3 (LGA 2011) with up to 22 cores and 145 W TDP, and sixteen DIMM slots for up to 2 TB of ECC 3DS LRDIMM or RDIMM DDR4-2400. Per node there are six hot-swap 2.5" bays (including two NVMe), eight ports of Broadcom 3008 SAS3 (12 Gbps) with software RAID, a PCIe 3.0 x16 slot and a micro low-profile PCIe 3.0 x8 card slot, dual Gigabit Ethernet and IPMI 2.0 with KVM over dedicated LAN. The system uses redundant 2000 W Titanium (96%) digital power supplies.
