Velbon ULTRA 355 ULTRA Series Aluminum Tripod + PHD-33M Head (formerly ULTRAMAXIL)

Velbon ULTRA 355 Aluminium Tripod with PHD-33M Head

Velbon ULTRA series tripods use the patented Trunnion Shaft System (TSS): each leg section extends along the full internal length of the leg, making the tripod extremely compact when folded. The ULTRA series also uses the Twist Lock system: a quick twist extends each leg in a single movement, and a further twist locks it securely thanks to special knurling.

Without bulky leg locks, the folded tripod is very compact and easy to carry, making it well suited to travel, while sturdy wide-diameter legs give a good working height. It is compatible with ball heads and pan heads.
