Additional support for High-Dynamic Range ensures video content can be seen with enhanced brightness, superior contrasts and a much wider colour gamut, for more lifelike colour. HDCP 2.2 ensures issue-free playback of 8K Ultra HD movies and other 8K content. For best performance the use of Ultra High Speed HDMI Cables is recommended.
The converter is powered by the USB Bus, therefore no external power supply is needed, saving space and time when connecting.
